At this Foundation Administrator's Network meeting, organization development consultant Martha Sherman will lead a conversation on challenges and opportunities related to organizational structure. Members identified the top challenges FAN members face. Sherman offered advice, based on her 20+ years of experience in organizational development, and members can broke out into small groups to discuss specific challenges in more depth, understand some of the different hats our colleagues wear, and connect with those who can continue to serve as a resource after the meeting.
