In this community conversation, we invite family philanthropy practitioners to explore how giving evolves as families grow, diversify, and span generations, drawing on research that highlights the challenges and opportunities in balancing individual member interests and a shared philanthropic purpose. In this session, you’ll learn how to design flexible systems, distinguish between collective and individual vehicles, and engage multiple generations in meaningful and sustainable philanthropy.  We’ll examine real-world strategies for structuring governance, delineating roles, and creating a framework that supports both unity and autonomy. Whether you’re navigating generational shifts, increasing complexity, or expanding philanthropic vehicles, you’ll leave with actionable reflections and tools to strengthen both the impact of your giving and the cohesion of your family philanthropic journey.
