***This program is hosted by our partners, Asset Funders Network (AFN) who extended an invitation to PNY members.

All too often, a job alone is insufficient to build immediate financial security, let alone sustainable wealth. Stagnating wages, unreliable schedules, and a lack of portable benefits mean that employment does not always equate to building wealth. As low- and moderate-income (LMI) workers struggle to balance day-to-day necessities with future investments, philanthropy has a critical opportunity to help reshape the benefits landscape.

Please join Asset Funders Network on July 9, 2026 at 2:00-3:15 ET for a webinar exploring the workplace benefits landscape, innovative strategies employers can take to support workers’ financial health and long-term economic mobility, and the role of philanthropy in catalyzing action.

Together we will:

  • Elevate the important role of benefits in building economic stability and mobility
  • Expand understanding of benefits to prioritize asset-building
  • Explore what funders can do now to expand benefits access and asset-building potential

Speakers:

  • Don Baylor, Jr., Founder & CEO, Worker Solutions, LLC
  • Tracey Durner, Director, Commonwealth
  • Malavika Krishnan, Financial Health Senior Associate, Global Philanthropy, JPMorganChase
  • Full speaker list forthcoming.
