Join us to explore what it takes not only to give, but to endure—avoiding burnout, nurturing wellness, and reinforcing accountability so your work remains vibrant across generations. By emphasizing relationships, reflection and learning, and accountability, this session will surface how leaders can care for both themselves and their philanthropic structures: from stewarding mission and resources, to shifting decision-making dynamics, to embedding feedback loops and wellness practices. Participants will reflect on how to build organizational and personal resilience and establish practices that ensure your philanthropy is sustainable, responsible, and built to last.
