But did you know that access to knowledge and, therefore, the ability to do your job, is often determined by outdated and sometimes inequitable practices? Learn how Knowledge Management and Power interact and how they can create or hinder equity in your organization.
Join us for an interactive workshop during which we will ground on shared definition(s) of KM, explore a knowledge lifecycle, and engage in an interactive activity that will illustrate the often invisible connections between knowledge management, power, and mission. KM tools and frameworks can not only help you get the job done, but address inequity as well. Presenters will share a few tools and further reading!
