Learn how to navigate the legal and programmatic issues in making grants outside the United States. The presenters will include the general counsel of a private foundation who will walk through the legal requirements under the Internal Revenue Code, as well as touch on other issues such as OFAC compliance. An experienced grantmaker will present a series of case studies to explore programmatic best practices, providing an insight on the rewarding experience of international grantmaking.
