Join us to hear from philanthropic families who are exploring the art and opportunity of generational transitions and multigenerational leadership in ways that allow all family members to meaningfully contribute and lead together. Drawing on research, we’ll look at how to build governance structures, clarify roles, and honor legacy while inviting innovation and creating shared leadership pathways that reflect evolving values and capacities. Whether you’re just beginning to plan for succession or actively engaging young adults in your philanthropy, this session offers actionable prompts, peer-stories and frameworks to strengthen intergenerational trust, align purpose across generations, and write the next chapter of your family’s philanthropic legacy together.
