What will you learn?

Participants will:

• Build skills in navigating difficult conversations
• Practice disrupting harm in real-time
• Build the muscle to stay in uncomfortable conversations in order to build a stronger community
• Build restorative and reparative approaches to navigating difficult conversations

All interested members, regardless of roles. What to expect: workshop.
