Participants will:
- Build skills in navigating difficult conversations
- Practice disrupting harm in real-time
- Build the muscle to stay in uncomfortable conversations in order to build a stronger community
- Build restorative and reparative approaches to navigating difficult conversations

All interested members, regardless of roles. What to expect: workshop.
