PEAK Northeast—in collaboration with PEAK Southeast, PEAK Midwest, PEAK Southern California, and Philanthropy New York—invites you to join a discussion on leading at any level within an organization. If you’ve ever wondered how to affect decision-making without official decision-making authority, how to lead effectively without being a manager, or how to expand your influence within your organization, this conversation is for you!
Panelists will share how they developed and demonstrated leadership skills at every stage of their careers and how they influenced key organizational decisions before they became senior leaders. They will also speak on how those in positions of power and authority can foster ownership and leadership among staff members at all levels. The program will include time for questions from the audience and breakout sessions to debrief with peers after the panel.
