In her role as Vice President, Finance and Administration, Candice Carnage directs the Ms. Foundation for Women’s financial strategy and fiscal functions, as well as overseeing its information technology, human resource management and administrative operations. Carnage brings 15 years of diverse experience, in both the nonprofit and private sector, leading the auditing, budgeting, accounting, and operations functions of local, national, and global organizations.
Most recently, Carnage served as Controller for Amnesty International USA, where she was responsible for leading accounting staff in day-to-day functions, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, investments, and revenue reconciliation of its $38 million global portfolio, along with the annual audit and budget process.
Prior to that, Carnage conducted financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and administrative management for the Children’s Museum of Manhattan as its Director of Finance and Administration. She has also managed accounting and budgets at Common Cents New York, Deloitte & Touche, Arista – Bad Boy Entertainment, and Columbia University’s Columbia Innovation Enterprise.
Carnage, a Harlem resident, completed her M.B.A. in Financial Management from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and received her B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University.
