Moira Flavin Named Program Officer At  Stella and Charles Guttman Foundation 

Moira Flavin has been named Program Officer for the Stella and Charles Guttman Foundation. 

Previously, she was the Policy Associate for Early Childhood Education, Education, and Youth Services at Citizens’ Committee for Children (CCC), an independent child advocacy organization.

he also participated in the Campaign for Children, preventing the loss of child care and after-school services for thousands of children.

Prior to CCC, Moira worked at the New York City Administration for Children’s Services and served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA in Boston.  She has a B.A. in American Civilization from Brown University and an MSW with a focus in policy from Columbia University.
