This program is being offered as part of the Executive Assistants Network, but is relevant to all junior level administrative support staff.
One takeaway from our last network meeting in March focused on “effective communication” and how it’s central to each of our capacities.
Communication is fundamental to our day-to-day work, notably in our interactions with team members, supervisors, and in liaising with other departments. This meeting’s discussion will help identify some of the key attributes to developing good communication strategies- and how we can play a leading role. With case study examples provided, we will use a combination of small and large group peer discussions to collectively highlight expectations and establish best practices to further build upon in our own organizations.
