Activist, author and academic Alexis McGill Johnson says it’s about our brains and that to be truly effective in driving lasting, sustainable change we need to understand how our brains process racial and gender paradoxes.
Join us for a highly interactive conversation and workshop with Alexis and her colleagues from the Perception Institute that will explore the mind science of stereotyping and bias and its impact on our work.
And we invite you to actively participate! Does your organization struggle to talk openly and effectively about race and gender? How can you keep stereotyping and bias from undermining the effectiveness of your communications? Does a lack of diversity in your organization make it tough to message in a truly inclusive way?
