Westchester Community Foundation Welcomes Millie Hernandez Becker, Dr. Jennifer Cruz to Advisory Board

Hartsdale, NY (May 2, 2023) – The Westchester Community Foundation welcomed Millie Hernandez Becker and Dr. Jennifer Cruz to the Foundation’s Advisory Board. 

Ms. Hernandez Becker, President of SkyQueen Realty, has had a successful career as an entrepreneur in the aircraft industry, where she has led on business development, real estate development, and airport infrastructure for more than twenty years. A resident of Pound Ridge, Ms. Hernandez Becker’s board service includes President of the Westchester Chapter of 100 Hispanic Women, and members of the board of the Westchester Medical Center and the Business Council of Westchester. She is a recipient of Westchester County Medal Of Honor and a Presidential Appointment to the National Women’s Business Council. Other recognitions include the Westchester County Hispanic Leader of the Year award, YWCA Women Entrepreneur, Women’s Enterprise Development Corporation Community Leader award, and the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year.  

Dr. Jennifer Cruz is the Program Clinical Director of Pediatric Psychiatry Integrated Programs at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where she leads clinical operations providing integrated mental health services, school-based mental health programs and clinics, evidence-based treatment for teens and young adults with anxiety, and programs improving access to mental health care within primary care sites in New York City. As Psychology Systems Manager at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Dr. Cruz provides clinical oversight and program management for mental health services affecting nearly 4000 individuals in school- and hospital-based clinics throughout the city. She and her family reside in Dobbs Ferry.
