ViacomCBS Names Crystal Barnes Senior Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy & Reporting
Crystal Barnes has been named Senior Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy & Reporting at ViacomCBS. She will oversee the companywide initatives that extend ViacomCBS' deep legacy and expertise in social impact, philanthropy, and community and employee engagement. Crystal and her team will also be responsible for partnering across the company to develop ViacomCBS' sustainability strategy, goals and reporting practices.
As part of the marketing and communications senior leadership team, she will also have a significant role in telling the cross-company story to internal and external audiences, ensuring all audiences understand the company's strategies, priorities, brands, businesses and culture. Crystal reports to Julia Phelps, ViacomCBS' chief communications and corporate marketing officer.
