We are pleased to announce the 2014 New York Community Trust Nonprofit Excellence Awards are now accepting applications. The deadline is May 2, 2014.
The Awards are produced by the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, The New York Community Trust and Philanthropy New York, and are sponsored by WNYC. Now in its eighth year, the Nonprofit Excellence Awards recognizes and encourages outstanding management practices among New York's large and diverse nonprofit community.
Five application clinics will be held from March 14 to April 3 throughout New York City, Long Island and Westchester, allowing nonprofits that are considering applying for the Awards to ask questions and obtain detailed information about the selection process. Those wishing to attend an Application Clinic must register at www.npccny.org/workshop.htm.
