Lisa Frantzen Joins TCC Group as Senior Consultant

 

Lisa Frantzen has joined TCC Group as Senior Consultant in the firm's Evaluation Practice. She will be based in New York City. Lisa will partner with our clients and their stakeholders across the country to design and conduct practical and strategic evaluations consistent with the firm's core approach to evaluation centered on learning and applicability. With experience working in a broad range of contexts-foundation, nonprofit, public and private-Lisa is uniquely positioned to help strengthen multi-sectoral collaborations that work effectively to achieve social change. In addition to consulting experience, Lisa brings strong field-based experience which includes working directly within the areas of international development, global health, and workforce development. In roles held at Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation (Seedco), AmeriCares Foundation, and Peace Corps Honduras, Lisa worked to engage stakeholder groups, answer core strategic and evaluation questions, use data to inform program design changes and build organizational evaluative capacity.

 

Lisa has worked in over 18 countries and speaks Spanish with professional-level fluency. Lisa completed her MBA at Monterey Institute of International Studies with a focus on Nonprofit Management and International Development and her Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas A&M University.
