Kimberly Walker Appointed as First Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Arabella Advisors
Walker will be responsible for co-creating and managing the firm’s DEI strategy, coordinating efforts across teams to reach its DEI goals, and strengthening the capacity of Arabella employees and teams to engage in equity-related work. She has previously served the firm as leader of its learning and development work and is currently completing a Ph.D. program at Antioch University focused on leadership and change.

Prior to joining Arabella, Walker was the senior manager of learning and development at FSG, a social impact consulting firm. She holds a BA in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from William and Mary, an MA from UCLA in Urban Planning, and a master’s in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
