JPMorgan Chase Foundation Announces New Roles

Maximizing our expertise to deepen impact
Over the last five years, Employee Engagement and Volunteerism (EEV) has evolved into a cross-CR function that deploys the firm’s expertise, talent and time to solve the most pressing problems facing communities. In the coming months, we will be reviewing the programmatic and branding aspects of EEV to best fit the needs of the firm and our nonprofit partners. To lead these efforts, I am thrilled to announce Julie Slama as the new Head of Employee Engagement and Volunteerism (EEV), reporting to me. I want to thank Matt Arnold and Carol Lake for their guidance during this time of transition.

Adjusting our strategy to enhance results
To ensure our philanthropic investments deliver thoughtful and clear results, I am excited to share that Colleen Briggs and Jennie Sparandara will become Co-Heads of Strategy for the Foundation, in addition to their current roles. In their expanded platform, they will work together to develop and implement a cohesive impact and program management framework that allows us to clearly articulate our goals, measure our progress, and adapt our approaches as we learn what works and what doesn’t.
