Jessi Stafford Joins The Century Foundation as Blogger & Social Media Specialist

Jessi Stafford is the new Blogger & Social Media Specialist for The Century Foundation. In her position, she produces content for the foundation's Blog of the Century and develops and executes TCF's social media strategy, including day-to-day management of profiles on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr, Google+, Pinterest and Storify.

 

Stafford is currently pursuing her M.A. in Media Studies at The New School and holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri. In the past, she has worked in several start-up environments, focusing on social media, writing and audience growth. She has also been published in both print publications and national blogs focusing on food policy, pop culture and politics. Stafford's particular interests include income inequality, education reform and women's rights. She is a new arrival to New York City, hailing from Louisiana by way of her home state of Missouri.
