Estée Lauder Names Bari Seiden-Young Svp, Global Corporate Communications, Citizenship and Sustainability

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has announced the promotion of Bari Seiden-Young to the role of senior vice president, global corporate communic­ations, citizenship and sustaina­bility.

The position will be in addition to Seiden-Young’s existing responsi­bilities overseeing The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign (BCC) and Lauder Family Communic­ations.

In her new role, she will be tasked with overseeing communic­ations for the company’s Global Corporate Citizenship and Sustaina­bility (GCCS) organization, “working to increase global awareness and communicate progress towards the [Estée Lauder]’s citizenship and sustaina­bility goals” per the company.

Seiden-Young joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 2001, as vice president, global communic­ations, Aramis and designer fragrances division. In this capacity she worked on specialty brands—including Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone London and Le Mer—and assisted in the development of the company’s corporate identity...
