Join us for a workshop on the principles of Simplifying Strategy, a new toolkit developed by FSG in partnership with CECP. Today’s corporate societal engagement leaders experience challenges that tug at them from all angles. Ever-fluctuating corporate mandates and stakeholder priorities, coupled with expectations to demonstrate short-term returns with limited budgets, can present numerous competing priorities. In this workshop, we explore developing clarity and stability, primarily enabled by three strategy tools: the Intent Matrix, the Issue Monitor, and the Impact Models.
