The Service for Impact Working Group, rooted in the principles of Reimagining Service, provides an opportunity for both corporate grantmakers and corporate volunteer leaders to foster a peer network, share successes and challenges, brainstorm on solutions, and explore new opportunities to make a difference in society while supporting business objectives through volunteerism.
As corporate citizenship leaders, we are uniquely equipped to connect our colleagues to solutions that catalyze business benefit and positive social impact. Too often, however, we are tempted to pursue quick, one-off activities—and we end up missing out on larger opportunities to align employee engagement & philanthropic efforts with business priorities.
