New York homeowners continue to face persistent threats of foreclosure, jeopardizing long-term affordability and community stability. With the upcoming state budget cycle approaching, this is a critical moment to align philanthropic, advocacy, and policy efforts around a new statewide homeowner assistance initiative.

Join the Center for NYC Neighborhoods, the New York Community Trust, Enterprise Community Partners, and the Altman Foundation for a private funder briefing to unveil a new white paper and mobilize support for a statewide Homeowner Assistance Program.

  • Understand the scope and urgency of foreclosure risk across New York State and its impact on affordable homeownership.
  • Explore the proposed Homeowner Assistance Program and its policy and funding framework.
  • Learn how coalition-building and early budget engagement can drive sustained public investment and systemic change.
