The Foundation Administrators Network (FAN) is a Philanthropy New York professional peer network of HR and operations professionals at member grantmaking organizations. FAN hosts quarterly meetings on a broad range of topics relevant to HR and operations administration.

Inspired by the success of our Lean (Afternoon) Coffee peer learning exchanges, let's gather this December to connect with our fellow network peers on a number of topic areas with which we may still be grappling. Join us for an hour of choose-your-own-adventure breakouts to get to you know your FAN cohort better and exchange questions and learnings on such issues lifted from our recent FAN programs and listserv such as:

  • Pay Equity and Comp Time Policy
  • Salary and Benefits (health insurance, commuter benefits, sabbaticals etc.)
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) policies
  • Onboarding Software
  • Personality Assessment Tools
  • 2024 planning and more...

In Lean Coffee style, we will come up with the final topics together, vote on the ones that are most interesting or pressing to the group, then breakout into juicy conversations.

Designed for

Members of FAN, as well as prospective FAN members who have a responsibility for foundation administration, including human resources and operations.
