Join us for a panel discussion regarding the pros and cons of performance evaluations. We will discuss what evaluations can and should do for employees, managers and organizations overall. In addition, we will examine some of the risks in performance evaluation processes. Our panel will discuss different ways to structure evaluations to ensure that they lead to better outcomes.
