Do you tend to be precise and deliberate in teams, and frustrated by others who are more relaxed or strong-willed? Do you enjoy sharing information and wonder why others can seem so competitive? For those who find the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator a little too dense to be immediately useful, this session is for you!
This interactive session will introduce the principles and tools of the Insights Discovery Profile system. Using research-validated psychology principles, you will uncover simple, yet powerful, insights into yourself and your own tendencies that will provide immediate impact and lasting change in your workplace relationships and habits— and offer perceptive techniques into the tendencies of others.
All participants will receive access to the Insights Discovery assessment, providing you with personalized insights into your unique style and approach, value to the team, communication style, possible blind spots and suggestions for development.
