In addition to quarterly meetings, the Foundation Administrators Network hosts a summer brown bag lunch series. Rather than have a set agenda and program, these lunches are forums for small, informal group discussions that can be shaped by current issues on members’ minds and desks.

Ensuring that you are a healthy, productive staff member is important at every level, and it’s vital that an environment is created to encourage well-being. Does the balance seem like a high wire act? Are your responsibilities managed and under control during work hours? How do you personally hold yourself accountable to unplug, unwind and pursue other passions? Do you struggle with maintaining the balance or are you a superstar juggler? Is your staff supported and engaged, do you see any signs of burn out? Do you have a wellness program? How do you communicate balance strategies to refuel, reenergize and reengage?

Join us for a lively, informal FAN brown bag/discussion with colleagues about your thoughts on work/life balance.

This brown bag lunch is for new members to share questions/ideas with their FAN peers. All FAN members are welcome!

Designed for

Members of FAN, as well as prospective FAN members who have a responsibility for foundation administration, including human resources and operations.
