This program is hosted by our partner, Nonprofit GPS, who has extended an invitation to PNY members.
Much of philanthropy is closely watching the effects of this historic era on the nonprofits they have so deeply invested in, and, indeed, the impact of this period on the financial health and shape of the nonprofit sector is still very dynamic, complex, and difficult to grasp. Nonprofit GPS invites you to a special briefing for grantmakers focused on actionable steps in response to this still evolving operating environment.
At this event we will review:
- What has changed in the nonprofit operating environment, including the fields where the revenue and policy impacts of federal retrenchment have been direct and immediate, and those fields where financial shifts have been more indirect,
- What revenue and operating model recalibration nonprofits are either considering or implementing to respond to those financial and other critical shifts,
- How Grantmakers can adjust their practices to see real progress among individual nonprofits as well as fields of practice.
This session draws on real-time insights from nonprofit CEOs and CFOs, including some individual cases to be shared during the session, as well as firsthand accounts by foundation leaders responding to the challenges of an uncertain and shifting environment.
