Developing a personal work strategy is critical to achieving success in your job.  Learn how to recraft your job into roles promoting leadership and confidence. You’ll reflect on what you do on a day-to-day basis, both on and off paper, and how it translates into the roles you enjoy playing in the non-work hours of the day. We’ll explore how to lend your personal assets to the roles you have and the roles you want. Finally, you’ll strategize around how to perform your role(s) to fullest in the face of organizational context and challenges.

GrantCraft Roles@Work deck will be available for purchase at the program.

Explore:
  • How to empower yourselves and your employees through heightened awareness of roles beyond job title.
  • How to use your personal assets to position yourself for organizational roles you desire.
  • How to use the Roles@Work deck from GrantCraft as a tool in your work
