When fraud is uncovered its impact on an organization is widespread and sometimes referred to as “The Fraud Effect”. Organizations will deal with a number of issues including Board embarrassment, morale issues, reputational risk, impact on future grantor funding and the list goes on.
Join us to discuss actual cases, causes and proper controls that should be in place to help prevent fraud. Explore areas of potential vulnerability such as cash controls, online banking, payroll, credit cards, data protection including wireless access, websites and network appliances (Routers/Firewalls). Learn about internal policies and enforcement, annual security audits and insurance.
