Are you comfortable with the Zoom platform, but are looking to create comfortable virtual spaces to engage your audience? Whether you’re hosting board meetings, committee meetings, team meetings, or other stakeholders meetings, running them online seems to come with their own challenges. But the truth is, it’s not about the technology. The tricky part is the same whether you’re in-person or online: how do you spark connections and get people to participate fully?
Join us as we share tips and tricks to facilitating successful (virtual) meetings. This is not a tutorial on the nuts and bolts of Zoom technology. Instead, we will explore how to get the most out of your virtual gatherings from preparing before the meeting to assigning clear roles to using Zoom functions and other online engagement tools, all in service of your meeting goals.
Our facilitators will share lessons learned in transforming the virtual Zoom environment into a collaborative and engaging space to convene with your colleagues.
