This program has been postponed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
This program is being offered as part of the Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET).
Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET) is designed to address the professional development and networking needs for individuals serving in an administrative support function to senior leadership in their organization. The network meets quarterly and seeks to develop a community for the purpose of sharing questions, experience and resources among peers in a confidential setting.
Join your peers in the Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network for our March meeting focused on peer coaching.
In this workshop, you and a small group of peers will explore professional opportunities and challenges. With the help of your team, you will gain insight and practices to address professional obstacles, as well as tools for guiding and coaching others. During this peer-coaching session, we will work on active listening, open-ended lines of inquiry to identify how a strong peer network can provide unique and candid advice about complex problems.
Please come prepared with a challenge you wish to workshop with peers to develop creative, practical solutions.
This session will be co-facilitated by Zabrina Collazo and Sarah DeMartazzi who will draw on their own experiences thinking through complex situations and relying on peer support.
Presenters:
- Zabrina Collazo, Program Officer, Safety Health and Economic Justice, Ms. Foundation for Women
- Sarah DeMartazzi, Program Assistant, The Henry Luce Foundation
