The Nonprofit Revitalization Act was long in coming. PNY put out its very first policy statement in February 2012 supporting the AG's efforts and calling for leadership to produce a stronger, more accountable nonprofit sector in the state.
It is indeed a season of thankfulness, good tidings and joy. We have many challenges ahead of us, but we also have the support and strength of an amazing membership. Thank you for being part of the Philanthropy New York community.
What are the most important and productive multi-funder collaborative efforts we should spotlight every time we talk about productive working relationships with New York City government?
There was no one right way to respond to the crisis in Washington, but many different ways for philanthropy to take active and constructive roles fortifying our democracy.
