A study from the TCC Group found that "when nonprofit organizations engage 50 volunteers AND have effective volunteer management models, not only do they lead and manage their organizations better—they are also significantly more adaptable, sustainable and better resourced.” The Service for Impact Working Group will meet quarterly to provide a forum where funders and corporate representatives can explore opportunities to support nonprofits’ ability to drive social change through strategic volunteerism.
