The Service for Impact working group, rooted in the principles of Reimagining Service, provides a unique opportunity for both corporate grantmakers and corporate volunteer managers to foster a peer network, share successes and challenges, brainstorm on solutions, and explore new opportunities to make a difference in society while supporting business objectives through volunteerism.
This program will dive into how companies can create volunteer opportunities linked to overall social impact strategy and local community needs in a hybrid work environment. Various topics, include how to center equity in program design, addressing global workforce challenges, identifying meaningful large-group projects, and balancing employee preferences with overarching strategies. We will also have a fireside chat between volunteer-focused organizations that are focused on creating meaningful employee volunteer experiences.
