The Service for Impact Working Group, rooted in the principles of Reimagining Service, provides an opportunity for both corporate grantmakers and corporate volunteer leaders to foster a peer network, share successes and challenges, brainstorm on solutions, and explore new opportunities to make a difference in society while supporting business objectives through volunteerism.
We’re better at bringing our corporate volunteering strategies to life when we tap our colleagues from across the company to collaborate with us, especially those in middle management. They can drive greater participation by instilling in colleagues the value of volunteering, as well as help us scale our programs to reach more people. Join us for a conversation exploring ways to partner with middle managers, including what we can learn from parallel disciplines like diversity, equity, and inclusion, to create a greater impact in our businesses and communities.
