As the workforce continues to change, it is shaping how volunteer opportunities are delivered and perceived in the workplace. Companies are evolving their corporate volunteerism strategies to meet varying needs. From the greying of the workforce, engaging millennials, and telecommuting, employees have become more mobile, and employers are experiencing an enormous shift in the makeup of their employees.

Join CECP and Philanthropy New York as we invite companies who are addressing their evolving workforce to share their successes, challenges, and ongoing strategies.

The Service for Impact working group provides a unique opportunity for corporate grantmakers and corporate volunteer managers to foster a peer network, share successes and challenges, brainstorm on solutions, and explore new opportunities to make a difference in society while supporting business objectives through volunteerism.
