In your role both as support staff and project managers, effective communication is critical. For example, intergenerational trends can cause shifts in how and when communication happens. Likewise, managing up is impacted on how communication is delivered. And when workflows involve multiple affiliates, we all know that all-around communication is core.

In this program, we will explore best practices and resources to:
  • Effectively communicate with your manager(s) regarding work projects and timelines
  • Successfully manage a workflow process involving peers and affiliates
  • Understanding what makes your colleagues effective in their communication
