This program is being offered as part of the Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET)

Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET) is designed to address the professional development and networking needs of individuals serving in an administrative support function to senior leadership in their organization. The network meets quarterly and seeks to develop a community for the purpose of sharing questions, experience and resources among peers in a confidential setting.

Happy Summer, all! Before we leave for summer vacations, let's meet in July to connect with our fellow network peers on a number of topic areas with which we may still be grappling. Join us for an hour of choose-your-own-adventure breakouts to get to you know your PACNET cohort better and exchange questions and learnings on such issues lifted from our recent PACNET programs such as:

  • Performance Reviews overview and prep..
  • Building your professional network using social media/communications
  • Professional Development opportunities/Elevating your role
  • How to be a Leader without a Title
  • 2024/2025 gatherings and more...

In Lean Coffee style, we will come up with the final topics together, vote on the ones that are most interesting or pressing to the group, then breakout into juicy conversations.

Designed for

Members of PACNET, as well as prospective PACNET members who have a responsibility and role in administration.
