To mark the International Women's Month,The International Grantmakers Network (IGN) invites all funders with interest in international grantmaking to attend a virtual session on gender equity. Join us for a morning conversation with female leaders and hear how gender intersects with different programmatic areas as it examines and considers women's needs, preferences, assets, and priorities.
What will you learn?
- How gender is a powerful predictor of outcomes and opportunities, and what a gender perspective brings into the work
- How integrating a gendered lens can impact subject matter areas, e.g., peace and security, vision, health care access, education, community development, etc.
- Shared opportunities and challenges, and distinct opportunities and challenges based on the subject matter

All interested members in grantmaking roles. What to expect: presentation, followed by roundtable discussion and Q&A.
