This program is being offered as part of the Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET).
Philanthropic Assistants and Coordinators Network (PACNET) is designed to address the professional development and networking needs for individuals serving in an administrative support function to senior leadership in their organization. The network meets three times a year and seeks to develop a community for the purpose of sharing questions, experience, and resources among peers in a confidential setting.
Join your peers in PACNET for our December meeting focused on the core skills of awareness and regulation that support effective communication.
Explore
- Factors that contribute to making communications difficult and practices that can help to address
- How to develop a self-awareness and self-regulation practice, grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness pedagogy
- Tools and strategies that can be used for more effective communication and greater confidence and comfort in communicating
Please come prepared with a challenge you wish to workshop with peers to develop creative, practical solutions.
Presenters
- Peter Weng, Founder, The EWS Collective
This session will be co-facilitated by PACNET's Co-Chairs.
