The Charles H. Revson Foundation is seeking an eager, highly motivated, and detail-oriented candidate with 1-3 years of experience in the non-profit sector to fill the Grants Management and Accounting Associate position. In this capacity they will work closely with the CFAO, Controller, and Program Officers in a multitude of ways, including maintaining the grants database, processing grant applications and reporting, performing the accounts payable functions and assisting with audit, tax and budget preparation.
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe. Knowledge of grants management databases and/or QuickBooks is a plus. Must also have excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to work well within a small team and multi task is essential.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and in line with positions at similar organizations. Exceptional benefits package offered as well. The Foundation consists of a small close-knit staff and works a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
