As funding cuts and uncertainty in the political environment continue, an increasing number of nonprofit leaders may need to consider a reimagining of their organization’s operating structure.

Join us for an interactive panel discussion where we will explore a range of nonprofit operating models and discuss how funders can support their grantees in securing the financial, technical, and strategic assistance necessary to facilitate successful transformations. Topics discussed will include transitions to and from fiscal sponsorship, program asset transfers, multi-entity collaborations, and mergers.

What will I learn?

  • Have a framework for understanding the scenarios grantees are facing during this unstable time and the vocabulary to have conversations about how to be supportive
  • Discuss strategies funders have considered or adopted to support their grantees as they confront increased scrutiny and business model stress
