This moment in time calls for full focus on equitable systems transformation. Our systems were inequitable long before th COVID-19 pandemic struck, and the last 19 months have made the stark injustices impossible to deny. It is the right time for multi-sector leaders to come together to learn and discuss how to transform systems and address root causes that impede so many from thriving. That is why this year’s Exchange Conference is a Systems Summit!

2021 Exchange Conference theme will be equitable systems transformation. The agenda will cover a range of topics related to this theme, including racial equity, empowering communities, income inequality, and multi-sector collaboration that can lead to systemic change and an equitable future for all.
