President Biden has committed to maintaining DACA protections as he proposes a more ambitious solution to Congress, but the question of whether a pathway to citizenship for DACA holders can be achieved remains an open one.
What is clear is that hundreds of thousands of young adults will need information, legal services, and fee assistance to support their ongoing DACA status or pursue it for the first time.
