Ralph C. Wilson Foundation, Hospitals Launch Caregiver Support Program
The Cleveland Clinic, Ascension Michigan, Catholic Health, and Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation have announced a $20 million partnership aimed at supporting caregivers.
Conceived by the Cleveland Clinic, the Transformational Healthcare Readiness through Innovative Vocational Education (THRIVE) program is designed to reduce the high turnover rate among caregivers, the fastest-growing occupation in the healthcare sector.
