New York State Health Foundation: Online Patient Reviews Are Good Predictors of Hospital Quality
A study, funded by the New York State Health Foundation, looked at data on potentially preventable readmission rates at hospitals in New York state and found that high Yelp ratings were correlated with better-quality hospitals.
