Russell Sage Foundation Invites LOIs for Immigration Research
To help advance this mission, the foundation is accepting letters of inquiry for its Russell Sage Foundation/Carnegie Corporation Initiative on Immigration and Immigrant Integration. Grants of up to $150,000 over one or two years will be awarded for innovative research on the effects of race, citizenship, legal status, politics and political culture, and public policy on outcomes for immigrants and the native-born of different racial and ethnic groups and generations. The initiative falls under RSF's Race, Ethnicity, and Immigration Program and represents a special area of interest within that program, which continues to encourage proposals on a broader set of issues.
Letters of inquiry must be received no later than August 21, 2017. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal by November 15, 2017.
