UJA-Federation of New York Mobilizes 3,000 Volunteers for 70 Service Projects on MLK Day
On Monday, January 21, more than 3,000 New Yorkers will participate in UJA-Federation of New York’s third region-wide MLK Day of Service.
Twenty nonprofits will carry out approximately70 service projects to help people in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester by providing warm meals to the hungry, companionship to the elderly, a day of fun for children with special needs, and much more.
